WHAT OUR VOLUNTEERS SAY

Having worked with Advocate+ on ground level in Sierra Leone, I have seen the direct impact of the organisation’s work on the lives of communities and individuals.

Having now returned to the UK, I am continuing to volunteer for Advocate+ because I want to further help with the work the organisation does even if I can’t directly do so on ground level there.

Volunteering with Advocate+ has also provided me with the opportunity to use my current knowledge and skills but also to help me learn new skills like working in a cross cultural setting and writing project proposals.

Advocate+ is a well established organisation that is continuing to grow and change people’s lives. I am very proud to have been a part of this work.

Daniel Lloyd, Marketing Student and volunteer
